Both. We work with landlords who have a single rental unit as well as those with multi-property portfolios. Our services scale to your situation.
How quickly can you start managing my property?
After our initial consultation and agreement, we can typically onboard your property within a few days - inspecting it, reviewing existing arrangements, and setting up collections.
What does it cost to work with Spotnum?
Our fees vary by service and property size. We discuss pricing transparently during your consultation and provide a clear agreement before any engagement begins.
Can you help if I already have tenants in place?
Yes. We often take over management of properties with existing tenants, formalising agreements, bringing collections in order, and establishing proper records going forward.
Do you handle land purchases outside Kampala?
Yes. We assist with land acquisitions across Uganda, conducting due diligence, title searches, and valuations wherever the property is located.
Can I get an income statement if my records are informal?
We can help you organise and formalise your rental income records. Our income statements are structured to meet financial institution requirements.
